When this process applies

A problem-item request must be opened within 30 calendar days of delivery. Eligible concerns include damage, a defect, the wrong product, missing contents, or a material difference from the listing.

Requests based only on preference

We do not provide voluntary returns for changing one’s mind, disliking a preference, selecting an unsuitable size or option, or making a no-reason request. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Review before return

Write to ugeridelil88@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photos or video of the issue. Preserve the packaging and related components. Return shipping must wait for approval; the exact return destination and instructions are supplied afterward, and the General mailing address should not be assumed to be a warehouse.

Replacement or money back

Exchange and replacement depend on the review outcome and current stock. If a refund is approved, we start the original-method refund within 10 calendar days. The bank or payment network controls any additional time before it appears.
