Before a parcel leaves

After payment is authorized, we usually need about 1–2 business days to prepare an order. Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable holidays do not count as business days, and demand peaks can add time.

Travel time with the carrier

Dispatch starts a separate estimated transit period of 4–6 business days. Carrier conditions can change, so this range is guidance rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Checkout identifies the destinations served and any shipping charge.

Accurate addresses and scans

Customers should confirm the shipping address before placing the order. A tracking link may remain unchanged until the carrier makes its first scan. For delay, loss, a delivered-but-missing package, or transit damage, retain the order and tracking records.
